Based on decades of experience working with enterprising families, we know that developing competent owners is not a choice, and does not happen by accident: it is a responsibility for any family with a multigenerational vision, and it requires intentionality. We equip family owners, stewards, and family enterprise practitioners with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed decisions that serve the prosperity and sustainability of both enterprise and family.

Our programs are primarily designed to educate family owners and stewards, both groups and individuals, as well as family office staff and advisors working with enterprising families. We customize our programs in close collaboration with our clients to create a learning experience that fits with the educational needs and objectives of the individual or the entire group.

Our current ownership competence offering covers three modules: an introduction to family enterprises, a module on family and business governance, and a module on family dynamics, communication, and conflict.
