Building Ownership Competence

Based on decades of experience working with enterprising families, we believe that ownership competence is not optional - it is a responsibility for any family with a multigenerational vision. Our mission is to equip family owners, stewards, and family enterprise practitioners with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed decisions that serve both the enterprise and the family.

Who can participate?

Our programs are primarily designed to educate family owners and stewards, both groups and individuals, as well as family office staff and advisors working with enterprising families. We customize our programs in close collaboration with our clients to create a learning experience that fits with the educational needs and objectives of the entire group.

What can you learn?

Our current ownership competence offering covers two comprehensive courses on family and business governance and family dynamics. If your educational needs go beyond these topics, please reach out - we may either already be working on what you are looking for, or we can develop it together with you.

What learning formats do we use?

Our programs can be completed fully virtually, and asynchronously (whenever you find the time) - or we can incorporate synchronous virtual group meetings to discuss our learnings or bring our learnings to an in-person setting.
